Keith Lumby

Regional Manager/PCM

Did you know that Keith was a professional rugby player in England, and now he is a Professional Engineer? He is the definition of a positive attitude. In his own words, “nothing can be achieved without enthusiasm.” Keith is passionate about Norwood Waterworks, his teammates, customers, his wife, and his two beautiful daughters – one of the reasons he works so hard – saving for their college education!

Brett Kleisinger

Operations Manager

Brett started with Norwood Waterworks in February 2016 as the Warehouse Supervisor and was promoted to Warehouse Manager in the fall of that same year. In 2019, he took on the added role of Social Media Champion. He has since progressed in his career into the role of Operations Manager. Brett has been married since 2013 and has two young children. In his spare time, he can often be found at the park with his kids, reading a good book, or playing some odd and unusual board game.

Sid Vander Vinne

Business Development Manager

Sid brings over 10 years of waterworks experience to Norwood, along with a dedication to his customers and an energy that lifts the team every day. While he takes great pride in his work, he also loves to travel and spend time with his family. When he’s not in the office, you can probably find him tinkering with his cars or playing with his young grandchildren.

Ryan Taylor

Sales Manager

Ryan is a proud member of the Norwood team, believing that the company’s culture and team-first mentality set it apart. In his spare time, he and his wife, Melissa—better known as ‘Koko’—are busy raising their twin boys. He has a passion for traveling, camping, fishing, and just about every sport imaginable. A devoted fan of the Oilers and Seahawks, he never misses a chance to catch a game, whether in person or from the comfort of his man-cave.

David Le

Senior Project Manager

David joined Norwood in May 2017 as a Project Manager and has since advanced to Estimator and now Senior Project Manager. Born and raised in the small town of Nanaimo, BC, he spent 12 years in Australia before settling in Edmonton to start a family. His interests span from macroeconomics and geopolitics to traveling, bike riding, snowboarding, and playing basketball.

Usman Atiq

Estimator/Project Manager

Usman became part of the Norwood team in August 2021 and now works as a Project Manager and Estimator. A Materials Engineer, he is currently pursuing both his P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) and PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications. His wife and young son bring endless joy to his life. When he’s not spending time with his family, he can usually be found watching or playing cricket.

Colin Hart

Outside Account Manager

Colin’s journey at Norwood began in 2011 as a shipper/receiver, later moving into CSR, Project Management, and Purchasing before stepping into his current role as an Account Manager. His experience and expertise make him a valuable asset to the team. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys country living with his wife and kids.

Holly Basaraba

Purchasing Manager

Holly started her career at Norwood in the spring of 2018 as a seasonal Delivery Driver and quickly worked her way up through the company. From Delivery Driver to Logistics Coordinator, CSR, Project Manager, and Purchaser, she now serves as the Purchasing Manager. Outside of work, she enjoys playing volleyball, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Brenda Persaud

Office Manager

Brenda joined Norwood in the fall of 2019 as an Administrative Assistant before stepping into the role of Office Manager. The positivity and camaraderie of her teammates have made her time here fly by. When she’s not at work, her heart belongs to her family, cherishing every moment together. She loves traveling, reading, watching movies, and crocheting intricate designs.

Eric keller

Outside Account Manager

Eric joined Norwood Waterworks in 2016 as a Sales Development Trainee after earning his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta. Over the years, he has built strong relationships as an Account Manager and has recently focused on Stratavault Soil Cells and Low Impact Development Projects. Partnering with Citygreen and the Norwood team, he is dedicated to increasing awareness and adoption of these solutions across Canada. Outside of work, you can find Eric on the field playing sports or spending time with friends.

Jay Shewfelt

Estimating Manager

Jay has been in the Waterworks industry since 2003, steadily advancing through Project Management to his current role as Estimating Manager. When asked about his job, his response is simple: “Love it. I enjoy being dedicated to my customers and the Norwood Team.” A true sports enthusiast, Jay’s interests include hockey, golf, fishing, and travel. But above all, his four daughters bring the biggest smile to his face—along with a few extra expenses!

Ken Nemirsky

Senior Project Manager

Ken, a born and raised Edmontonian, joined our Norwood team in 2007.
He brought to our warehouse a lot of know-how with over sixteen years of
experience. Ken is now a Project Manager and will be using his knowledge
to help you when you call. In his free time Ken likes to kick back with the
guys having a cold one while watching his favourite sports team, the Oilers.

Chase Ferre

Senior Project Manager

Chase joined Norwood Waterworks in April 2019 with a drive to grow and expand his knowledge in the waterworks industry. His dedication and eagerness to learn have led him to his current role as a Senior Project Manager. When he’s not at work, you can find him at the gym or spending time with friends.

Reigan Green

Warehouse Manager

Reigan Born and raised in Australia—or as he likes to call it, “Straya”—Reigan brings a fun and adventurous spirit to the team. He is a golf enthusiast who enjoys hitting the course year-round. In his spare time, he loves fishing, ice fishing, sledding, and spending quality time with his friends and family.

Graham Davis

Outside Account Manager

Graham joined Norwood Waterworks in February 2022, bringing with him a strong passion for learning and helping customers with their unique needs. When he’s not at work, he enjoys training in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Kazoku BJJ. Most of all, he loves spending time with his fiancée, Tipenga, and their two daughters and baby boy.

Sean Wilkins

Shipper/Riciever

Sean made the move from British Columbia to join Norwood Waterworks in the summer of 2024. He thrives in the fast-paced environment and is excited to see where his career in the waterworks industry takes him. He enjoys the culture and camaraderie of the team. When he’s not at work, you can find him in the kitchen cooking for his partner or unwinding with a gaming session.

Jordan Fleck

Shipper

Jordan became part of the Norwood team in March 2021, eager to grow and develop within the waterworks industry. His enthusiasm and team-first mentality drive him every day. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, fishing, and traveling. A passionate NBA fan, he never misses a chance to watch his team, the Milwaukee Bucks, whether live or on TV.

James Midgley

Shipper/Receiver

James joined Norwood on April 12, 2022, and hasn’t looked back since. The culture and support within the team make every day a rewarding experience, and he looks forward to being part of Norwood for years to come. Having lived in Edmonton his entire life, he takes pride in contributing to the city’s infrastructure. Outside of work, he enjoys hockey, traveling, movies, great food and drinks, video and board games, and deep discussions about current events and politics.

AJ Ryder

Lead Hand

AJ joined Norwood Waterworks in April 2022, eager to grow professionally and expand his expertise in the waterworks industry. His curiosity and drive push him forward every day. When he’s not at work, he enjoys bouldering, playing all kinds of games, and taking road trips with his wife.

Ganganpreet Matharu

Customer Service Rep

Better known as Gagan, he joined Norwood in April 2022, stepping into the workforce for the first time with excitement and determination. Recently promoted to Customer Service Representative in the fall of 2024, he is ready to take on new challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys bouldering—a longtime hobby—and experimenting in the kitchen, cooking a variety of dishes inspired by his love for food.

Jeff Meiling

Material Handler

Jeff joined the team at Norwood Waterworks by way of Brantford, Ontario in February of 2025. Bringing a background in warehousing and operations, he is focused and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Outside of work, he can be found skiing, cycling or trying new recipes in the kitchen.

Nathan Hayes

Material Handler

Nathan became part of the Norwood Waterworks team in 2025. He is eager to grow and is on a constant path of self-improvement. His enthusiasm to try and learn new things drives him to grow every day. Outside of work, he enjoys video games, sci-fi, fantasy and dancing. He will never miss a chance to talk about the latest Sci-Fi show or movie. 

Kevin Mulligan

Project Manager

Kevin joined Norwood Waterworks in May of 2023. After working in the infrastructure industry for nearly 12 years in Ontario, he sought new challenges in Alberta. A lifelong student, Kevin looks forward to growing both personally and professionally at Norwood as he progresses through the Strategic Development Program and beyond. Outside of work he is a lifelong musician that enjoys hunting, games of all sorts, and watching the Oilers.

Keegan Eastman

Customer Service Rep

Keegan started his journey at Norwood Waterworks during the frigid winter of January 2019. After growing up in Flin Flon, Manitoba, Keegan lives in the city now to avoid the drama of a small town. With previous experience in warehouse settings, he quickly got accustomed to the eb and flow of Norwood Waterworks. He is always in pursuit of new knowledge to help him better understand the waterworks industry and assist his teammates. In his free time, he enjoys volleyball and bouldering.
